Our Receptionists/Admin team provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on services and results and they can direct you to the right person or place depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They perform many other important tasks such as prescription processing, requesting and enquiries and they also deal with patient records, searches, audits and financial claims.
